Product introduction
Also named Natamycin, natamycin is an abroad-spectrum antifungal polyene produced by Streptomyces natalensis. It has been used as an effective food preservative for inhibition of yeasts and molds with safety and reliability. It will not affect the flavor of foods. Since natamycin cannot inhibit bacteria, there will be no interference on the natural mature progress of yogurt and cheese, ham, sausage.
